In this multi-week course you will practice new skills and set goals within a safe and supportive environment.

- how to communicate and manage your feelings
- effective self-care tips
- other ways of reacting and strategies to calm yourself

This course is for individual women who are seeking support to manage feelings of stress and anger that may be causing problems in their lives and relationships.
Please note: This course is not suitable as a behaviour change program for family & domestic violence. Please refer to our FAIR Program or other behavioural change programs.
