Occasionally we may need to cancel or change the date of a course. If this occurs you will be advised immediately via email. Whilst every effort is made to ensure continuity of courses, in the event of a workshop or course being cancelled by Relationships Australia WA participants are offered the option of a full refund or a credit to attend a rescheduled course at a later date. Please refer to our refund policy on our webpage.

What happens if I get ill or change my mind and can’t attend? (Refund/Cancellation policy)

We understand that people become unwell or have circumstances that are outside of their control which may impact their capacity to attend. In these circumstances, we ask that you call our office at your earliest convenience to provide notice of your intention. Please refer to our refund policy on our webpage.

I would like to enrol but am going to miss one of the sessions in a long course. Can I still attend the others?

Whilst we work hard to adopt a flexible approach and aim to accommodate the individual needs of our participants, we will look at each request on a case by case basis. Missing one session of a long course (4 weeks or greater) can usually be accommodated. However, we suggest you call or email us to discuss if you are unsure.

What happens when I arrive at a Relationships Australia WA course location?

We have several courses that cater to families, where children will be in attendance as participants. Generally, people come on their own (except for our couple courses).

Will I be put on the spot?
