All our individual sessions are free.
Fees may apply to your Family Dispute Resolution appointments with the other party, these fees will be discussed individually.
You don’t need a booking to get information about what programs and services are available in your local area that can help strengthen family relationships.
If you are separating and would like to arrange a private appointment to commence Family Dispute Resolution, please phone your local Centre to arrange an appointment.
As a general guide support persons or other family members are not present or included in your Family Dispute Resolution appointments. However, you are welcome to have a support person accompany you and be present in the wait area of the Centre during your appointments.
If you have specific support requirements please call us to discuss this prior to your first appointment.
Lawyers can’t participate in appointments at the Perth or Bunbury Family Relationship Centres but you are encouraged to seek legal advice at any stage in your Family Dispute Resolution process.
Children are welcome at the Centre when you come in to get information, however they may not accompany you in appointments.
We will arrange an interpreter at your request for appointments, free of charge.
A Case Worker assisted Culturally Appropriate Family Dispute Resolution service is offered at Perth Family Relationship Centre.
Your privacy is important to us and will be protected. We will only disclose personal information if you give permission or if required or authorised to by law, for example, to protect someone from harm.
We are committed to providing a safe environment and can put arrangements in place to assist with your safety or the safety of your children. You should let our staff know if you have any concerns as soon as possible.
