With the support of an experienced facilitator, you will explore strategies to turn difficult conversations into opportunities to be parenting allies.
This course will help improve your life by enabling you to:
- Communicate with your co-parent in calm and respectful ways.
- Reduce conflict and stress so your child feels safe and secure.
- Set clear boundaries that can enable a more respectful and cooperative relationship.
- Stay in control of your emotions during challenging conversations.
- Work together to create routines and decisions that put your child’s needs first.
Who is this workshop for?
This course is for individuals who are separated or divorced parents who want to reduce conflict, improve communication, and create a more stable, supportive coparenting environment for their child. Separated parents are required to attend separately.

All our workshops and courses (face to face and online) are interactive small groups run by highly experienced facilitators.
We aim to ensure the learning environment is engaging and your active participation is needed. All participants are encouraged to ask questions in a safe, open, and non-judgemental learning environment.
