Testimonials
“Thank you for providing this course, it has both taught me things and reaffirmed the way I approach parenting, so has been very useful. I will use the techniques shown throughout the sessions and continue to try and learn more to improve my parenting approach and improve relationships with people who are really important; chosen family.”
"This course is one more step towards a better future, a better me, and better, deeper and more meaningful relationships with my children. Thank you. I really appreciate the last few weeks and have benefitted from this greatly."
"It dawned on me the lasting psychological damage that was undoubtedly caused during my formative years by people who really ought to have known better, or at least had more awareness beyond themselves. None of this is negative — I mean all this in a positive way, because the upside is that it has given me greater realisation and insight into how I might be a better person and a better parent myself. If that’s the main takeaway from the course, then I am truly very happy."
"The Red/Amber/Green exercise was a catalyst, challenging me to think back on my own childhood (which I had otherwise put behind me), and that was a good thing. I have realised since doing that exercise some of the reasons for the fractured relationships I have with my own parents and birth family."
"A spin-off effect from this course for me has been to question the role of my parents, and to think back on my upbringing in a little more detail — how it has shaped my thinking, and to explore relationships now in a slightly different way."
