Course Summary

Boys typically go through three broad stages of development and each stage has unique joys and challenges for mums. As your son’s primary female role model, you play a vital part in developing his identity, including his ability to be nurturing. This session shows you how to develop a strong and healthy relationship with your son.

This interactive workshop will explore:

  • the stages of boyhood and how to guide him through each stage
  • assisting your son to learn and practice how to be in the world
  • the unique bond you have with your son and how to strengthen it
  • boy's vulnerability and their need for emotional connection
  • boy's need for clear boundaries and fair rules
  • instilling values in boys in order to grow into good men

This session is for mothers with sons under the age of 12 years.
