If you are dissatisfied after following the above process, we refer you to the Attorney-General’s Department Online Complaints Form for our Family Law Services including Family Relationship Centres, Family Law Counselling, Family Dispute Resolution, Family Law Pathways Network and Child Contact Service. For all other services, please contact the Australian Government Department of Social Services.
