The growth journey into adulthood is a challenging time for adolescents and their families. It is a stage of significant but necessary change and adaptation as they prepare to leave the safety of home and enter the real world.
Parenting Adolescents is a 5-week course aimed at parents, grandparents and caregivers of children aged approximately 11-15 years. The course offers parents and carers the opportunity to reflect on their parenting and develop skills in building a positive relationship with their adolescent.
Parenting Adolescents is built on the foundational Bringing Up Great Kids program which was developed by the Australian Childhood Foundation.
All our workshops and courses (face-to-face and online) are interactive small groups run by highly experienced facilitators.
We aim to ensure the learning environment is engaging and your active participation is needed. All participants are encouraged to ask questions in a safe, open, and non-judgemental learning environment.
