This workshop will discuss:

• The importance of the mother-daughter relationship
• How to be a positive role model for your daughter
• How to better understand the challenges of your daughter’s teenage years
• What girls need and how we as mothers can meet these needs in a focused and supportive way

What can you expect?

All our workshops and courses (face to face and online) are interactive small groups run by highly experienced facilitators.

We aim to ensure the learning environment is engaging and your active participation is needed. All participants are encouraged to ask questions in a safe, open, and non-judgemental learning environment.
