Course Summary

A positive sense of self worth is vital for good health and happiness. This four week course is for women who want to gain a better understanding of themselves and others, while providing skills and strategies to enhance self esteem. You will be given the opportunity to practice new skills, take reasonable risks and set goals within a safe and trusting environment.

During this course you will learn practical way to:

  • relate more compassionately to your feelings and thoughts
  • learn how your thinking impacts on your self worth
  • develop and maintain personal boundaries, learn to say "no"
  • develop how to face fear and step outside your comfort zone
  • develop your confidence and improve your life balance

What can you expect?

All our workshops and courses (face to face and online) are interactive small groups run by highly experienced facilitators.

We aim to ensure the learning environment is engaging and your active participation is needed. All participants are encouraged to ask questions in a safe, open, and non-judgemental learning environment.
