COVID-19: Transition from lock-down announcement

Our services have been adjusted to reflect the WA Government's transition out of lockdown commencing from 12:01am on Tuesday 27 April.

Locations outside of Perth and Peel regions will return to normal operating procedures from Tuesday, 27th April, as per pre-COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. Masks will only be required for anyone who has been in the Perth & Peel region from April 17.

For locations in the Perth and Peel regions, face-to-face service delivery will recommence. Our locations will be adhering to all WA government guidelines including mask-wearing requirements and recommended COVID-19 hygiene plans.

If there are any changes to your scheduled appointment or course, we will be in touch to provide alternative arrangements. If you would like to reschedule or receive your appointment online or via telephone, please contact the location on Tuesday, during normal business hours.

If you have an appointment but are feeling unwell and/or are showing COVID or flu-like symptoms, please do not come into the branch, instead contact the branch via phone to discuss your options.
