This is a full day workshop for couples. Retirement is one of the most significant landmarks in a couple's life together yet there are many uncertainties and challenges that go alongside the great expectations.

If you are entering retirement or have recently retired, this workshop provides an opportunity to explore these changes as a couple and will assist you to work together to build a rewarding relationship in retirement.

We will cover topics such as:

  • dealing with change, grief and loss
  • exploring the different stages of life and relationships
  • exploring the impact of retirement on relationships
  • communicating in an honest and responsible way
  • learning about what builds up and what breaks down relationships
  • managing conflict in your relationship
